I found a solution regarding spawn and that the game crashes when you try to interact with the vehicle.
Go to the next file: Vehicles.meta and go to the line that says the following:
<layout> LAYOUT_RANGER_CARACARA </layout>
remove "Caracara" and leave it like this:
<layout>LAYOUT_RANGER</layout>
This is how the problem was solved, I'm sorry for my English, I use a translator xD.
