I think that the warrant should be there for one in-game day for 1 star wanted levels, 2 in-game days for 2 stars etc. ;)

OR press windows button + prt scrn, automatically saves it (in win 8.1 at least) ;)

That's a great idea, but I think it would be more realistic if the normal tyres remained unaffected, but you changed the text on sports/high-end rims' custom tyres (the ones you can get at Los Santos Customs), because seeing a truck with Bridgestone tyres is kinda absurd :P
The mod idea is great, though! :)

Simple yet great mod! However, I think that the text on the rear of baller2 is a bit too big :/
