@Tiz666 I use this and World of Variety and seems to help with having mules, pounders and other heavy vehicle spawn more realistically.
@pibbXtra If you have simple trainer installed should fix that issue. You don't have to use that exact trainer but it unlocks dlc cars in sp. Hope this helps! https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav

@skyrix I made this into my own personal Add-on, if you'd like the files to upload them here I can send them to you so everyone can have it? I also gave it some handling and the sound so people wont fuss about it.
@keremgtav Anyone wanting the electric engine sound download menyoo and in game press F8 then go to Vehicle options/menyoo customs/engine sound and choose either Voltic, Raiden or Neon anyone of those will work.
