Prepare for a confrontation with the enemy by taking a defensive position in advance. This will give you an advantage in reacting quickly to danger, additional health, and weapon damage.
Player Health to 200%
Weapon damage to 130%
Set player Stance to Strafe.
Button by default is key "V";
You can change it in ReadyOrNot.ini file.

how exactly does this mod work ive seen the video and read description but how do you spawn the things is there a menu etc?Please make a longer in depth video cool mod.
