Here's the best hitman mod you can find for this game.
According to the original author MrCrumbs: JavelinV is a Hitman/Assassination script which's missions are written and stored entirely in XML. This allows the people, YOU, to write your own assassinations and share them with others.

I have taken over the mod over the years, changing some things, fixing it's functioning, and adding on top of what he did previously, what I've changed:
CHANGELOG 8.0
- Created about a thousand hits which involve: single gang members, driving gang members, gang groups, gangs in hotels, gangs in gas stations, gangs in a few mission interiors, gang deals, mansion hits with bodyguards, and gangs in boats, so you can take enemies even in the sea.
- Changed contact name in the messages from "Javelin" to "Contractor"
- Fixed the possibility of hits spawning in front of the player.
- Enemies will now attack/run accordingly if they see you carrying a weapon, and now the actually have to see you, so stealth is allowed.
-Gangs will now defend the targets in their territory instead of shooting at them and killing them for you.
-Fixed the driving enemies not respecting traffic.
-Added the possibility to call a phone contact to start the mission, the contact is called "Contractor
-Added a possibility in the ini to modify at which distance the missions are activated (MISSIONSDISTANCE) Set to 500 meters by default.
- Added the possibility for the mission to become an unlockable. The mission is unlocked doing the Minigun challenge in ammu nation, and then leaving the area, which will prompt the player to receive a message.
- Added a cooldown time after a mission, so you have to actually wait a little to be able to do another contract.
INSTALLATION
-Drop everything in the file from this download into your own scripts folder.
-There are optional inis in the zip to enable optional features, such as unlocking the mission and having a cooldown, for those who like roleplaying.
USAGE
Press DELETE to start the missions (can be changed in the ini).

hey @thalilmythos how do i set animations / task sequences with this? For example i'm making some prison hits on alcatraz island & i want the prisoners to be conversating among one another / performing scenario actions, rather than stood idle. Possible w/ this script?

@mitto_backup the only things peds can do in these xmls are these:

@mitto_backup They can't, and there's a few hits where there are guys standing in front of phones, but they are just standing, I just placed them like that to give the ilusion

@mitto_backup Peds that are set to walk around, will pull their phone out and chat, it's a random occurrence, but they don't do it standing

Haven't tried 8.0 yet but I don't see a .dll anywhere in the folders. Is that right or are some files missing?

@thalilmythos Not in the file I downloaded. In the scripts folder there's the JavelinV folder, and within that there's the .ini, a whole bunch of XMLs and the Thalilmythoshits folder, each subfolder of which either only has XMLs or is empty.

@Owenza There's Javelin V.dll. and a Javelin V folder, you need to drag and drop both into the scripts folder, or drop the scripts folder in the zip, into your game folder, it's not that complicated bruh

@Joe Gillian So bizarre. It wasn't in the folder I unzipped but when I checked the original zip file it was in there. I must have somehow excluded just the .dll on my original unpacking. Thanks both of you for your help.

Hi, can I make a suggestion? The enemies approach when the firefight starts. I'd like them to adopt a defensive or static stance so the combat takes place in the area where they appear. If you shoot them from the street, the firefight happens in the street. I'm not sure if I'm explaining myself well.

@Macovsky I thought about it, but I didn't want to fiddle with that, specially considering there's customization and you can create hits where you don't kill enemies, it can be unarmed persons, persons in vehicles, too much AI variables, nevertheless, I got something for you.

It works fine with NVE, but the Jabelin V error message appears twice and runs.

@Matthew Liddell you can do this by opening it with dnspy but tbh adding an ini for this customization is a good idea, maybe the dev will do it seeing as though he's still updating this. Be good if hits could spawn objects not just pickups also

new update, finally updated the mod's description, made a readme, and included a few things in the mod's folder so everything is more understandable, also, fixed enemies having eyes on their back, now they actually have to see you before they become hostile.
-Added an optional ini for making the mission unlockable
-Added an optional ini for havivng a mission cooldown.
-Added a few others missionreferences xmls for player preferences.
MPcharacters support will be done next update, follow the post, so you're informed.
