"Inspired" by jedijosh920's 'disarm' plugin. This is not a clone, not even really a port but I guess you could consider it one.
There are a list of weapon hashes here.
- The latest GTA V
- The latest RagePluginHook and its requirements
Installation/Upgrade:
- Delete old configurations (or back them up and copy the settings to the newly generated file) because they can cause conflicts whenever the configuration is added to
- Download the latest version
- Extract the contents of the zip archive
- Move the contents to the 'plugins' folder in your 'Grand Theft Auto V' folder. If one does not exist, create one.
Usage:
- Edit the config to your liking. I suggest leaving the defaults as they work best.
- Load the plugin
- At any point, you may fire at a ped's [hand/arm] and they should drop whatever weapon they have.
Changelog:

- Added the ability to blacklist certain weapons from the 'disarm ability'. See the 'BlacklistedHashes' list in the config file. Weapon hashes can be found linked below

- Added more configuration options
- Slightly changed disarm behavior
- Added forgotten bone

It has the problem that is ped shoots YOUR hand with gun, your hp will restore and you will switch to heavy machine gun. Is it fixable somehow?

@Lollon In the configuration, you are able to disable the player from gaining health and you are also able to clear their inventory. Would you like an option to switch them to bare fist (aka unarmed) rather than that?
@desuissparta Probably a little late for this, but I did discover one somewhat game-breaking issue with this mod: be sure to unload the plugin in RageHook's console before playing any story missions where you switch between characters, if ped surrender is enabled. For instance, if you are playing a mission as Michael, both Trevor and Franklin can surrender (and, if clearing inventory is set, they will lose all of their guns, too). Still, for free roam gameplay, this mod is fantastic.
@jtgibson Thanks for reporting that! Do you have any suggestions on how I should get around it?
I'm thinking that i'll make it so that the other 2 characters can't surrender but the main player still can. Do you think that'd fix the problem?
No matter what I change in the config it does nothing, it always loads the default mod settings in-game although the config file is altered.
@Omar_DmX Strange. I'll look into it. Is the config file being generated over a modified one or is it just ignoring your changes?

the other disarm doesnt work anymore. hopefully this will.
Will peds use their secondary in their inventory if I disable clear inventory for peds?
it doesnt work. the guns still stay glued to their hands
This works for me, but it seems to have a bad habit of crashing.
@GunchapRed THANK YOU for telling me. i have been having this long lasting issue where my game would crash randomely after 2 minutes out of nowhere and i believe this is what it is. thank you.
