If you want to get the same character as in the picture download Skin Control here and then using my Preset on folder "Preset FreeMode Player - Skin Control 2.1" and Copy "Skin Control.ini" on your GTAV Directory after that LOAD this Character "HK POLICE" on game, Done!

@vithepunisher look at notes dude, If you want to get the same character as in the pictures download Skin Control at description, and Replace default 'SkinControl.ini' with 'SkinControl.ini' from me. And Load "HK POLICE" :)
I've had tried retextured Amanda, but the results are not beautiful at all :(

Weird, when loading the preset it has the wrong Top texture (8 of 16), had to change it to (1 of 16) else it was some untextured purple.
Can you make the top darker so the black is as dark as the hat, that would look even better I think.
Other than that nice mod, I'm just sad I can't get the head/face to work with the enhanced native trainer (head #27 comes close there but not that beautiful as your creation) as I don't want to use two mods doing the same job (don't have many free hotkeys left ^^)
You already do mods based clothing in the NPC clothing that has the former game: Shoes female dress and boots female.
