This mod is the TMNT masks mod what it adds is pretty much explained by the title
In this mod you can play as Michelangelo, Donatello, Raphael and Leonardo.

I did not create the MaskAlwaysOn.cs!
Installation:
Using OpenIV, replace "prop_welding_mask_01.ydr" by going to:
x64c.rpf\levels\gta5\props\lev_des\v_minigame.rpf\
and importing my model.
NOTE: YOU NEED TO HAVE SCRIPTHOOKV.NET INSTALLED (If you don't have that, get it here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/scripthookv-net)
Then drag the "maskalwayson.cs" into your "Grand Theft Auto V/Scripts" folder.
How to use:
Just simply press 7 on the numpad!

@Thesriedturkey this is awesome! Im trying to make a mask to replace the welding mask myself. In 3ds mask when i appy a texture through gims i get an error that says "Can't find the "dev_model" parent dummy!" Any tips??
@Jjfearsome Follow the steps in this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c7C6xABz3Vg) but obviously the textures need to be embedded so do this: GIMS > "START" button > Tools Material Editor > click on the material listed material > in the box to the right named "Model material", make sure the Diffuse is set to "Include". after doing the texture thing don't forget to click the reset!
So I would still require fiveM? Even for these masks?
