Pretty simple mod
This mod changes FIB badge with SWAT on NOOSE team cloths.
It doesn't change the texture or the color.

@alexnader I'm working on the color, its not done yet but I'll release a mod after its finished. right now as I said in description it only replaces FIB with SWAT.
