To install use add on peds method.
Use this mod to add peds
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector
Then unzip files into the peds.rpf folder. Use add on peds exe, this model is not streamed.
Or Replace any Ped you want just rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace.
This one turned out pretty good, some angles you can see through little holes in the character. Model is rigged pretty well. Only future change possibly is a shinier visor like my MC mod. Let me know of any bugs in the comments.
Also I don't take requests, but any ideas are welcome!
