nice can you stretch the neck part just a lil so it fits better

Go to 3ds max and load it though gims evo then delete skin and game mesh then got to modifiers and choose FFD 4x4x4 or 3x3x3 depending on how much you need then load the head stretch it around the head to make it fit then attatch it to a single player model with the vertex and ctrl + a then click delete and export it out
