Including Summer and Winter versions with PC(Blue) and inspector(White)
Total four traffic jackets, two normal uniforms, Helmet and cap
And bonus Police RoadBlock sign.
Don't worry about don't know how to install, just follow the instructions in zip file.
First you need download OpenIV to install those mod
The Helmet model need download from here:
