this is my 4th mod. kindly let me know if there are any bugs. and let me know which other addon peds u want me to make.
This is "Hello Neighbor" mod. He looks perfect. but I hope you like him.

Please use this script to install this mod
1.Install this https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector.
2.Place the ped files from the "neighbor" archive to addonpeds folder.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe as administrator and add "BlackPanther" as model name and ped type male and is streamed should be false. that's it
