Hey, so if you're installing this as a replacement for michael, slow your roll.
Don't use the gameconfig.xml or dlclist.xml from this file, as they are extremely old, simply modify your dlclist.xml with
"<Item>dlcpacks:\tv\</Item>"
and despite popular belief you don't need the gameconfig.xml

Also, please don't install anywhere other than your mods folder, if you install it wrong in your base, you'll have to completely reinstall the game. (or verify game files)

So basically do this instead.
1. Place the TV folder into your (mod) dlcpacks folder
2. Edit the dlclist.xml (DON'T overwrite it) and add "<Item>dlcpacks:\tv\</Item>"
3. Hope this mod from 2016 still works

This isn't an insult to the model by any means, more or less the instructions.

@LilBuff08 You absolutely want a gameconfig.xml, even though it is not mandatory, as you add mods, particularly huge ones like this. You DON'T want the one packaged with this mod as it is outdated.

can you pretty please make the jeans from this mission the time has come for Michael they are skinny jeans I think with little black boots. His jacket he wears is in that mission you can get in the game but not the the pants/boots he 's wearing in the mission. @lunchxbles Well...my game is fine...I have a handful of mods installed and MY GAME IS 100% STABLE, RUNNING FINE, NO BUGS, NO GLITCHES! BUT WHENEVER I INSTALL THIS MOD (WITHOUT THE PROVIDED GAMECONFIG, I JUST ADD THIS AS A DLC) MY GAME CRASHES....JUST FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON, MY GAME CRASHES. Can you please tell me how to fix this ?? Really wanna add Tommy as a dlc in my game...

Ah! Never mind, I have found a way to install this with addon peds by @Meth0d, I am planning to create a video on the process. Will post it here if the author @lunchxbles permits and allows. With the "add-on peds" script mod, it'll be rather a smooth experience in-game than to add this ped as a separate DLC. I have tested it, and it's perfectly working as intended. Great model

@lunchxbles is it possible to have this as a standard add-on ped? i'm struggling with the dlc format, can't get it to work. keeps saying 'nothing found' when i try and spawn with simple trainer.

Do not use this ped as an addon under any circumstances!! My game crashed as soon as I entered Story Mode!!

for new people don't try it. first it worked my micheal was totally changed with Tommy but then I just start changing clothes and my game got crashed now my game is crashing on loading screen and not opening I deleted all the files of this mod but still same results crashing on loading screen and yes I've installed all tools like scripthookv, heapadjusters, packfilelimit, gameconfig :)

Trying to add the playable Tommy, no luck so far. Crashed the game a couple of times but found an easy fix.
Narrowed the trouble down to the gameconfig.xml file. Assuming you have backups of original game files (if not, just re-install), replace the update.rpf from GTAV>mods>update with original update.rpf from GTAV>update. Launches fine now and didn't lose my progress in story mode.

Success! In OpenIV, just have to right click the dlc.xml file in edit mode so text can be changed. Thanks @LilBuff08 the text worked! Just need to figure out the clothes now, Tommy still has Michael's clothes.

Anyone know if it work with v1.0.3095 ? It may crash the game with addonpeds... :/
