1. Go to in OpenIV
X:\GTA5\mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
2. Open upper_diff_a_uni.ytd
(optional) convert file to .dds
3. Replace the texture!

@katarnar I don't blame you, but why didn't you just pack it into .ytd yourself? Also you should have noted that the texture should be converted into .dds before importing it into .ytd. Anyway, nice work, hope you'll add more in the future.
@OkaymanXXI thanks, also I didn't pack it into the .ytd as the original files weren't mine this was only my work is in the file :) also the texture works perfectly as png just replace instead of import :) thanks very much for the feedback I will add the .dds instructions in future
