Warning! You will need Open IV and EUP, so please go install them if you don't have them. Also be sure to backup your eup files.
This mod adds a texture for a City of Davis police badge. This is a simple texture change, nothing spectacular.
Install path: Mods>update>x64>dlcpacks>eup>dlc.rpf>x64.eup_componentpeds.rpf>mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_january2016
Open up the hand_diff_000_b_uni ytd file and import my file. This will replace the second lspd badge texture, so if you want to keep that, consider renaming my file and importing it somewhere else.
There is a "readme" in the package itself with the instructions in case you forget.
I made this mod because there are no mods out there for davis police besides paint jobs for cars.
