The Yosemite O'Neil Ranch is the biggest ranch in the state of San Andreas, all owned by one man: Jack O'Neil. With the help of his children, Jack holds an iron-fist around this side of the Chiliad Valley. Through an exclusive deal with Bravado, the O'Neil ranch has a fleet of Bison XLs to assist with ranch operations....no other reasons. His son, Chase, is the Commissioner of the San Andreas Livestock Association, a law enforcement agency tasked with protecting the state's livestock population. As one Lost MC member put it, its the cow police!
