Quad-bike and Peds included.

To install the lifeguard peds using OPENIV:
Go to mods/x64e.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_s_m_y.rpf

To install the Quadbike:
Go to mods/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf
