Hello again for the fourth time!
Kalos region is the place where the latest Eeveelution, Sylveon was introduced. Currently owned by Serena if I'm not wrong, and currently the cutest Eeveelutions in my opinion.
Admiring it's design for being such a cutie aesthetically, I decided to make a livery of this nationally registered at #700 Pokemon is featured.
Requirements:
1. Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX MR by y97y, here's the link: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/mitsubishi-lancer-evolution-ix-mr-add-on
2. OpenIV 2.8, you can get one on their website. Link: http://openiv.com/
How to Install:
1. Open the OpenIV
2. Open mods or update folder, where you install the car mod.
(Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>evo>dlc.rpf>x64>vehicles.rpf>
3. Enable edit mode
4. Open the evo9.ytd
5. Select evo_sign_x (x refers to the number)
6. Replace with this skin I made.
7. Save.
8, Open the game and enjoy your new skin mod!
Let me know in the comment section about what do you guys think, you can give me any suggestions for what Eeveelutions (or maybe other Pokemon after Eeveelutions and Eevee) I should make next. It's appreciatable.
NOTE: This mod is only made for DAMD body kit, use one for the best result. (As seen on screenshots). A frost white colour will make it look much better!
