Locate "pol3_sign_1~4" and replace it with the ones you downloaded

@VisualParadox crown vic has already been made, hasn't been released to public yet. It's in alpha stage
theres no patchday4ng in the folder...
@swat20271 What about patchday1,2 and 3ng folder? None of them or it's just 4ng that's missing?
