[CVPI] Open IV and head to [mods/x64e.rpf/level/gta5/vehicles.rpf]. Enable (editing mode) and click on (police.ytd). Then click on CVPI Template (1) and click replace. And place the file you wish for the CPVI.
[Vapid Interceptor] Open IV and head to [mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf]. Enable (editing mode) and click on (police.ytd). Then click on CVPI Template (1) and click replace. And place the file you wish for the CPVI.
[If you don't have a mods folder]

5mods on Discord
I cant find my texture on police.ytd. But i can find it on policeold1.ytd and policepld2.ytd, is that any mistaken here?
It calls "strooper_liveries", 512 x 256 px, DXT1.
