2. Open OpenIV, click EDIT MODE and go to /mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/b7572/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles/eaglevehicles.rpf/
3. Click b7571.ytd/b7572.ytd/b7573.ytd and replace or add the liveries
4. Press save and run to Grand Theft Auto V
DO NOT UPLOAD WITHOUT PERMISSION!
