last time i checked Baltimore City PD switched to squad cars. A few white ones still in service but not much. Baltimore County has all white cars.

Actually @Element2586 I am using mods that turn the police into Los Angeles PD, because this is where this game is taking place. Baltimore PD can't work, because I would have every right to ignore them if they dared try pulling me over, so there's that. Sorry, If my brain works in terms of how things operate in the real World...er ahem...the virtual real World. :3

@eshenk I don't think you understand. Los Santos is a made up city which resembles LA. People use other textures because they like having change, as well as using cars that they are familiar with. For example, I made a texture for my county, because I enjoy being able to use a car that I see every day in real life.

I like keeping things real. Los Santos is in fact a replica of Los Angeles from it's shorelines to it's inner cities and beyond. When I see someone waste their f*cking time on a Finnish Police Department that obviously does not work - because it's not f*cking Helsinki - I am gonna say something about it. DEAL.

If someone made a Long Beach or Santa Monica PD car, would you give it a dislike because it's not LA? Even though it fits fine with the game's environment? Must be tough for you to play with all those fake cars driving around, people wearing fake brands, and fake names all over the place...

@eshenk If I am understanding correctly, you will seldom run through red lights or misbehave in any way while playing GTA V. Maybe you should install the fictional Baltimore texture pack!

@Element2586 im not rrying to be a dick. I live in Baltimore County just outside the city. @AmericanBagel They didn't really switch yet. They're just replacing any high mileage and broken down vehicles with the new black ones, not re-painting/wrapping all the cars to black. So in a couple years it will be all black, but they probably have a lot more white units in service.

@eshenk Sure, but we are also entitled to criticize your comments on the mods as well. There is nothing wrong but not liking a car but you shouldn't hate on it because its not what you want to see ingame.

I'll be very honest with you, I'm also not a fan of police packs like these, because I prefer to stick with the LSPD. But that doesn't mean I will dislike this because of that. I actually gave this file a like, because the title says 'Baltimore City Pack' and thats what you get, a pack with Baltimore police cars. I liked it, because the cars themselves look good. That doesn't mean I'll use them though.

If you see a mod and you're sure you won't like it, just ignore it and keep scrolling, there are tons of cool mods out there and there surely are mods that will definitely suit your taste.

but i cant play offline :/
if i launch the game with internet connection it starts downloading and if i start the game without it it gives me an error :/
