Install the original model(Pack 1, BMW 1200RT):

Replace bmw_sign_1,emerglights,emerglight_emis in GTAV Root Folder/(Mods)/update/x64/dlcpacks/[latest patchday]/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/[whatever slot the car is in.ytd]

[Install ELS if you haven't yet]
Place policeb.xml in GTAV Root Folder/ELS/pack_default
