1.Download the car from tk0wnz: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2015-dodge-challenger-add-on-stock-shaker-hellcat
2.Open OpenIV and browse to x64\vehicles.rpf\16challenger.ytd and open it.
3.When you have that list opened just simply add the livery which is shaker_sign_10 from the downloaded file onto the list which is the .ytd file. and save it.
4.Enjoy

The livery is exclusively on GTA5 Mods only.
