More color variation for DLC cars 4.0

You'll need CP's mpexecutive in SP or else some cars won't appear.
This is just a simple edit of the carvariations.meta files found in some DLCs, since Rockstar didn't plan them to appear in singleplayer some of them will have 1 color to spawn with.
You'll need to use the trainer if you want to spawn them or edit the popgroups.ymt to spawn them in traffic.
Please note that this does not include armored cars, since it doesn't make any sense for them in traffic

- The file in "Festive" : mpxmas_604490\dlc.rpf\common\data
- The file in "Lowrides" : mplowrider\dlc.rpf\common\data
- The file in "Lowrides2" : mplowrider2\dlc.rpf\common\data
- The file in "Jan" : mpjanuary2016\dlc.rpf\common\data
- The file in "Valantine" : mpvalentines2\dlc.rpf\common\data

Only 5 cars from the "Cunning Stunts" update the rest are just race cars that aren't suitable for the streets.
So kinda of a small update.

@GLion @Shanelson Of course you can edit ymt Files as well as meta Files.Just rename the File Extension into xml and then open it with Notepad,Winmerge or what else you prefer.
@GLion Thanks,got it to work.Btw,I think I found another Car that needs more Colors because it only comes in one Color.The Vapid Guardian,I assume the real World Counterpart comes in more than one Color.But be careful, it has two colorslots,one for the body and one or the Grill etc.

@GLion Hey there! Could you please add some color variations to some heist vehicles such as the Guardian and the burrito? If so, thanks! Note:Why am I requesting this? A: Cause i have southern San Andreas Exotic Traffic on and it makes those two vehicles so common, and since they have only one color scheme they make it kinda boring)

I installed this correctly but when I enter my game the GTA Launcher installs an update to replace the files I installed from this mod. Does this mod need to be updated for the current title update? Bummer i want this to work..
