Improved Car Damage Physics 1.0 (OIV)

This mod fixes the vanilla car damage physics in this game, bringing it back to the PS3/Xbox360 versions. A lot of work has been done to set up the damage model for each of the cars. At the same time, I left the original car driving physics.
All instructions in ReadMe file. OIV installation method is available

Important: These physics adjustments are only valid for SP vehicles. Perhaps in the future, I will do for MP vehicles.

@John_Wick_99 wow thank you for such a great mod, I'm gonna definitely taka a look on it. I found myself vehicle physics much better on ps3/xbox360 version.
@John_Wick_99 Do car tires fall off now? In the XBOX360 version I often knocked off car tires on the road, while in the PC version I never knocked off a single tire!
