The biggest and most profitable (at least legally) business in the State just got a new advertisement in gta's satirical spirit!
This is a texture mod for lafa2k's excellent mod:
https://www.gta5-mods.com/maps/animated-banner-billboard-add-on
You can choose from:
-2 different color moving banners
-6 different billboards
and make the combination that you like
You can use this mod or upload it anywhere you want as long as you give the proper credits.
Installation:
First download lafa2k's Animated Banner/Billboard [Add-On] mod from the above link.
After the installation, use OpenIV and navigate to GTAV\update\x64\dlcpacks\lafa2k_animated\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\lafa2k_animated\props.rpf
open lafa2k_animation.ytd and replace the files with those in this mod. Please remember to make a backup.

@gorgonut Can I just replace the billboard at construction area without using lafa's mod? because currently any addon mods can crash my game and I really love this mod:/
@gentlejoey123458 Thank you! If you find the corresponsive texture's location you can. This mod's file has only the texture (it is in a8r8g8b8 format but you can turn it in to a DXT5 if you want with Open IV). So you can use it as you wish.
