To make the graphics look like his you need to have NVE (Natural Vision Evolved) and Reshade installed!

Make sure you have these graphics settings:
-All game settings almost at maximum
-No other mods that affect the graphics and colors

Requirements:
- Resahde
- NVE (Graphics mod)

1. Put the ReShade config in your FiveM plugins folder
2. Your done…
