This is my SweetFX Preset for my ultimate Batcave mod. Althought your can use it without the Batcave.
It will make your nights a lot darker and pop out the lights.

To install you need to install SweetFX first.
Put the SweetFX_settings.txt in your SweetFX folder and you are done.
Enjoy
It will make your nights a lot darker and pop out the lights.
