They have State of the Art Weaponry - Vehicles - Armour - Materials - High Funding. It was first made by a Man only known as " The Administrator " and the Higher Ranking's are Known only as the following " O5 Command / O5 Council " " Site Director / SiD " " Head Of Mobile Task Force ".

if anybody has an Scp Idea, please tell Me and I'll try to make it. Also, I'll try and Remake my SCP 895 (The Coffin that Disrupts surveillance Camera's).
I can literally see the 'Humane Labs and Research' logo.
The GOC Is an enemy of the SCP-Foundation, as the GOC will destroy or attempt to destroy any SCP Regardless of saftey, helpfullnes even if it has benefical qualities Like SCP-999 The Tickle Monster, SCP-500 Panacea or SCP-2000 Deus Ex Machina, and it's also the most secretive foundation, and you would most likley get terminated for tresspassing, so maybe make it work like the military base and jail.

I'm Masako. On Another Account. It's just I had to Factory Reset My Computer and Lost The Detail's to My Masako Account. I Love the Idea of You Have Of It being in the Prison And / Or Military Base! If You're Still Interested, I'll Make an XML File (For Menyoo) With the SCP Aspect (Guard's, Class-D, High Ranking's, ECT)! I'll Reply With The XML attachment Once I Make It.
And For Anyone Such at Dwighty, With all My Heart, I'm Sorry but I Can't Re-Texture / Re-Model Stuff Such as the Humane Labs Logo. But I'm Sure there's Other Brilliant Modder's that can Offer A Modification That can Change Those!
@O5-X No problem, i'm not really a modder but i'm crazy in the SCP Foundation Universe so i thought i'll correct you on some things you got wrong, also for the humane labs logo it's isn't really that much of a deal as the SCP Foundation uses fake aliases and they don't go by their real name, Also fun fact every single fake scp company has the acronym S.C.P form what i can tell.
