Read this ----> 1. This house has nice lights change time to 21 to full enjoy the house ( before 20.00 some lights doesn't turn on).
2.This house is not 100% done as i wanted because i reach the limit of object for my PC.
3.Please check Location.png where to load and location of the house.
Installation:
-install map editor;
-install menyoo;
-drop file into your gta directory;
-go to location shown on Location.png screenshot;
-Load water.xml first!! then load house1.xml and house2.xml trough map editor.
Sorry for my English, England is not my city ;D

@4lss Yeah, you can use the Menyoo/MapEditor to YMAP mod.
Also, you don't have to go to that location to load it. Just go to that location once, and set ImgLoadingCoords to your player's current position (Spooner>ManageSavedFiles>File>ImgLoadingCoords>SetToPlayer'sPosition.
