Information
This mod fixes multiple map collisions, models, textures and placements issues.
A complete list of all the fixes can be found in "FixesList.txt" inside the archive.
Contents description
- "mpmappatches" contains fixes only for the MP map. Note: this dlc pack should be compatible all the way back to the "Cayo Perico Heist" update.
- "mpmappatches2" contains fixes only for the MP map, specifically for the latest version of the game. Note: currently build 2545.
- "spmappatches" contains fixes for both the SP and MP maps. Note: this dlc pack should be compatible with pretty much any version of the game.
- "Map Script Fix" unlocks a few gates (at the docks, at the factory from the mission "Mr. Richards" and at the Vespucci alley from the mission "Reposession") and loads some MP IPLs (the church grave, the Lost clubhouse, the Vagos hideout and casino doors).
- "Minimap Textures Fix" contains a fix for a 2D/far away minimap tile.
- "MP Map Collisions Fixes" contains collisions fixes for the MP map.
- "mpSecurity Fix" prevents the Franklin's house from having a "broken" couch and table, a chunk of Vinewood Hills from disappearing (when going from the MP to the SP map).
- "patchDay26NG Fix" disables an archive with a few of Rockstar's fixes (which are provided by the mod).
- "Scenario Points Fixes" contains fixes for a few scenario points.

Move the "mpmappatches", "mpmappatches2" and "spmappatches" folders in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" and add "<Item>dlcpacks:/mpMapPatches/</Item>", "<Item>dlcpacks:/mpMapPatches2/</Item>" and "<Item>dlcpacks:/spMapPatches/</Item>" to the "dlclist.xml".
As for the files in the "Manual Installation" folder, check the "Installation.txt" file inside each sub folder for the instructions.

@Happy_havoc Press the "Insert" button after the game has started. Also, make sure the MP map is loaded at startup and not later.

@Alex106 i want to ask something about Simeon's Car gallery when online map enabled via simple trainer front door and desk is missing but when i use Enable all interior or Open all interior that thing fixed why is that happening or is there a fix for that.
@Alex106, So I put in the all the files. Was the 'security patch' supposed to fix the collisions and 'floating couch' in Franklin's house? 'Cause it hasn't. Also, since the 'contract' update I've found ambient props are all doubled like there's a an extra set put into the map. Trash cans, trash bags, Garbage bins, boxes, deck chairs and more will 'explosively' separate if they're dynamic and you move them. This only happens with the contract dlc in place. Have you or anyone else run into this issue?
@F7YO Maybe Simple Trainer doesn't have code related to loading/unloading them while the other two scripts do?
@iammistahwolf At which locations does this happen? Also, do you have any other map mod (replace, not add-on) installed?
@Alex106 probably but like 2884 Hillcrest Avenue madrazo's hill house your mod fix this, other place for example: Fixed hospital entrence, PDM front window and desk, unburnt josh mansion etc. can be added in this mod ?
@iammistahwolf As for mpSecurity Fix, it fixes the "broken" couch and table inside the Franklin's house and prevents the LODs of Vinewood Hills from not loading/loading properly when switching back from the MP to the SP map.
@F7YO You mean loading scripted ymaps/interior entity sets from before or after specific story missions? Then no, but simply because they do not fit within the purpose of the mod.
@Alex106 I'm having some difficulties understanding what you mean by adding those unknown files into "dlclist.xml" which I don't know where it's at.

1) Copy the update.rpf in the "mods\update" folder (create these two if you don't have them).
2) With CodeWalker or OpenIV, navigate to "mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" and open the "dlclist.xml" and add the two dlc list lines (i'm not copying them here because the items tag will "break" and save (or export to the desktop, edit it with notepad and reimport).
3) Move the two dlc packs (spmappatches and mpmappatches) in "mods\update\x64\dlcpacks" (same story as above, create a folder named "dlcpacks" if you don't have it).

@Alex106 I am new to modding but wouldn't percieve myself being qualified as a "beginner". Either way, I've exported the "dlclist.xml", added those 2 lines you mentioned in your "ReadMe" notepad into the notepad that the "dlclist.xml" got exported to, and now I'm stuck with reimporting it. I truly apologize for my complaint.
@Alex106 Update: The 'doubling of props' come to find out came from 'strm files' in an MLO mod. Once removed, that stopped. As for issues with Map Fixes, it came down to 'double entries' in the dlc packs and dlc list. I cleaned all that out and the game runs well again. I was preparing to do a proper input of MPF but 'R' broke the game again with another damn update. I'll know what works or not if scripthook ever gets updated....
@ShadowMaster5000 What do you mean by stuck on reimport? Does it give an error?
@Alex106 no, it wouldn't let me edit the code through the OpenIV application so I exported it just like you said, reedited it with a notepad by adding those 2 lines you mentioned in your "ReadMe" notepad and now I'm not sure how to convert it back to the original "dlclist. xml" code. I truly apologize if I'm overcomplicating this for you.
@ShadowMaster5000 Make sure "Edit Mode" is enabled (it's at the top, in the middle, between the path bar and the search bar) and then either drag and drop the file back or right click, select "Add" and then import the file from the window.
