IMPORTANT!!!!!!....Spawn the Map at Fort Zancudo to spawn everything.. if you don't the Helicopters wont spawn!!!!!.
Just put the XML into your main GTA V Folder and your good to go. :)
In Recent times I made Los Santos Army National Guard Mod. Which turned out to be pretty glitchy. You can still download it on my Page......However I have fixed all the Glitches and added more things to the base. I could of called this 2.0 however its a huge huge improvement and its totally not worth making it 2.0 since its far Superior in every way. I have added Chinook Helicopters lots of them!. Which also fly around the base if you replace the Cargobob File in Open IV. I have added more Military Vehicles in the parking area of the base. I have added a front gate and Vehicle check area to add realism to the base. Not to mention I have also added a Memorial area at the front Entrance and more Trees. Its literally been Gutted and Enhanced to make Zancudo a much better and Immersive Experience. No more Glitches or Bugs!!!!. Yet again I tried to make it as Real as possible. Since I live near a Military Base myself in Real life...It pretty much has these things.

I just want to say i tried to impress people with this mod. If you hate the mod don't hate me. I tried hard on this mod and clearly people these days are not Satisfied. I WONT STOP releasing mods for GTA V. And still its been early days i will improve as time moves forward.
I agree with @iEASYJi all you did is add cars to fort zancudo and call it an army base, but IT ALREADY IS ONE!! "secondly i did more than just place vehicles." yeah, you added pointless trees too.. still counts as trash..

Well thats because its an Army Base. And yes there is trees at some Airbases and Army Bases. Simply because they are harder to spot. Ever heard of RAF bentwaters and Woodbridge? those bases were pretty well hidden.@ilayarye
