I turned the very plain Japanese building in the game into a park, gorgeous pink trees, evening lighting turned it into a really great environment, I think you will like it.
You can use it easily in sp mode and fivem mode.

dont use map model tag for xml/menyoo/map editor
@S_K I am stating why it is done with, there is nothing wrong with it, administrators allow it.
@Stark-Maxine No we obviously don't. Read the https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/23971/upload-guidelines topic to know how to use the tags system properly.
@Reyser so there is nothing wrong with this. I have used these tags before and I didn't have a problem. You have strange rules.
@Stark-Maxine Wrong. If you've used the Map Model tag in a mod upload that's not a real 3D map model mod in any of your uploads, a moderator probably removed it before approving them. That does not mean there's nothing wrong with it at all.
In the rules topic you can see this: ""Map Model": Reserved for real map models only (e.g. Nurburgring Nordschleife). Menyoo, Map Editor and YMAP among other map mods shouldn't use this tag."
Are not strange rules...
