This mod improves the helicopter base of paleto bay (near the police station).
You only have to put the heli.xml into gta main folder (you need to have map editor).

Hey i've a question, i'm trying to edit the copter. 2 problèms i could'nt find the paintjob, and the logo is dark ans not colored (like your's) how did you do?

I can't find this helicopter at all
