I can't be the only one disappointed about the vegetation in Gta V.
This simple dlcpack will atleast fix the area near Grove Street. This includes: davis Ave, the LTD store, and Grove street itself.
With the included guide, You can easily install this, even if your new to m**odding!

1. Open up "openIV"
2. Enable "Edit mode"
3. Follow this pathway: mods/update/x64/dlcpacks
4. Drop the "MetroLS" into the your dlcpacks
5. Follow this pathway: mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
6. Right click on the dlclist.xml, and then press edit
7. Scroll down to the last dlcpacks:/""/
8. Make a new line, and paste this line in: dlcpacks:/MetroLS/
9. Save the dlclist, and close openIV
10. Launch the game
