Here is a small 3 bay Volunteer Fire Station in Grapeseed. This is off by the O'neil Ranch. Small and out of the way, this station is perfect for your remote departments. It even has a bunk room for when you know.... in case your wife/husband kicks you out for the night. Don't worry, there is an office as well.
This is only the second Ymap I have ever done so please do keep that in mind.
Installation instructions: FiveM
This is in a Ymap which means you can stream it server sided to your FiveM server.
1. Make a folder in your server files.
2. Make a stream folder in your server file.
3. Add the .ymap into the stream folder.
4. add in your resource.lua
5. Add the folder name to your server config.
6. Enjoy the Ymap :-)
Installation for SP:
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf

@Redshot Believe it or not, I built all of this without using any additional DLC's. All I used was Menyoo and a dream XD
@TlittGaming no to install it for sp i says it has a dlc file that i do not have
\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\CustomMaps
