This Is My First Mod Hope You Guys Like It....
Required Installing Open IV ,Last MAP BUILDER and MAP EDITOR!
This is a YMAP File.
Location:- Franklin Safe House
To Install:-
open OPEN IV
go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/custom maps/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/citye/maps/custom maps.rpf/
then drag the file final.ymap from download to given path.
Done....
Many more updates are yet to come!!!

@zackoo this map is nice. I think you should either
1. Make another floor for this garage
Or
2. Make a runway very close to this location.

heyyo. i love this mode but there is some glitches. i can see the top of the tree in m garage lol. if you can fix these everything should be great !!
