Hello. This is my first map mod in GTA V that I have released to the public. I have created alot of map mods but have decided to keep them to myself.
This is a reconstruction in process of the rundown drug addict motel complexes, which are located in the sandy shores. Close to Trevors house.
This map mod will be made based on my ACTUAL construction skills, as I am a student in construction, this mod will include realistic air conditioning in the houses, realistic construction process and safety measures.
If you wish to use this mapmod and create a video about it, please feel free to, but remember to give credits to me by the name of "Phase"
This will be completed in a step-by-step basis, so I will not just complete the whole motel and then upload a new file here.

It's a good idea, work put into it, just some objects are out of place. Still pretty good though!
@branthecan hi. The objects werent out of place originally. This was maybe due to me loading it from weird location. The lights got screwed up and I don't know why for example

Guys, if you see objects out of place, that was not the case originally, loading with this map sometimes caused me objects to rotate and place differently, sorry :(
