I'd love to fully use this mod but there's too many issues with it currently.
1st: The gang hideouts are bugged - 1 issue is that some enemies spawn inside inaccessible buildings, so you can't kill them, and in turn can't complete the mission. It's rare but it does happen. And second, more important issue, I do NOT get any loot after I actually complete the mission. No drugs picked up in my inventory, no drugs saved in my stash. And that leads me to...
2nd: Stash is bugged. Nevermind that we have to manually edit the ini to enable stash in the first place. But currently, for me at least, stash is useless. I can put stuff in stash but I can't then take it out. Tested with both the stash garage and mobile stash van that comes to you. Gives me some error message saying "you can't take out that amount" or something like that. It doesn't matter what the amount is, it can 1 or 100, can't take my stuff out of stash.
3rd: The prices do not fluctuate between dealers. I go to one dealer, buy out all the low-priced stuff, go to the next one and he's got the same exact prices. Ok, so maybe the point is - stock up on drugs, buying the low priced stuff and then selling to peds for a much higher price. Except...
4th: Peds buy your drugs for the current dealer price. So I can't fluidly go from stocking up on drugs from various dealers and then immediately go around and start selling my inventory because it's pointless - I do not make any profit. I have to wait for the prices to raise to make a profit. And in that case, what's the point of even selling to peds? Might as well wait and drive around to different dealers and sell specific drugs for actual profit.
Also, what's the point of delivery missions? I tried the land delivery one, driving a box truck, making deliveries. All I get is experience, no money, no drugs. Pointless. Also bugged - my truck got blown up, and the mission was still telling me to get in the truck, with delivery points scattered all around the map.
The way I learned to play with this mod is - steal drug vans and do crate missions, and then use the taco truck to sell the stolen drugs. That way, even if the prices are low, I'm still making profit.
