For those interested, an update is coming very soon that fixes the badge and patch issue, as well as modified the color of the uniform for a more authentic look.

So i don't know if i'm missing something but i went through every file and there are no latin or black skin textures
@bizzlezx10r of you're using the sheriff replacement model then Rockstar didn't make any black or Latino sheriffs so because this replaces only the clothes and not the faces, that's why. If you're using the vanilla cop replacement, then I'm not sure. They should be there
@TF75Chris I might be mistaken but i think the names of the file were to replace the cops and not the sheriff's. If i remember correctly the vanilla cops have a texture of their shirt with the skin color of their arms.
That and i think your screenshots even show black and spainish dudes.
