This modification replace crosshair to make look like red cross from destroyed police car icon in Gta Chinatown Wars.
Installation:
1.Use openIV
2.Them go to location
....update\update.rpf\x64\data\cdimages\scaleform_generic.rpf
3.Make a backup files and then replace " hud_reticle.gfx "
4.Have a Fun 👍😎
